Personal Information:
Hi, I'm Nicki, a teacher and tutor with over 20 years' of classroom experience. I have tutored for over 13 years: students of mine have included GCSE and IGCSE candidates, A level students, undergraduates and postgraduates, adult learners studying creative writing (poetry). I have coached many students with a variety of SEND needs, including several who have been home-educated. One such student had not been able to set foot in a school environment from the ago of 10 and ended up with a grade 8 in English IGCSE.

I have outstanding subject knowledge and have taught a wide variety of specifications at GCSE and A Level. Students of mine have gained places to study English Literature at Oxford University, and still others have gained places at schools such as Rugby and Latymer Upper. My approach is always one of enthusiasm, enjoyment, curiosity and kindness. I always aim to understand and adapt to my students' needs and interests, seeking to spark their own creativity and imagination.
