Personal Information:
I am a qualified English teacher with a degree in History from London and a PGCE from Canterbury/Christchurch. I have taught English and History in private and secondary schools here and in Berlin. I have experience of teaching English as a Foreign Language as I am CELTA qualified.I have achieved excellent results teaching the national curriculum to both first and second language students.

I have had seven years experience teaching at an excellent school in the Watford area. I find children respond well to teachers who are enthusiastic and positive, and who have a real love for their subject. I believe this describes me. I have had success helping students reach their desire grades and have achieved this by taking responsibility for their learning, helping them not only with their exam/coursework technique but also with their subject knowledge.
