Personal Information:
I have over 20 years tutoring experience, including teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have worked extensively in the field of higher education, holding a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching Adult Dyslexic Learners in Further and Higher Education. I specialise in supporting university students who have specific learning differences, including dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD and can support students in who have been awarded specialist study skills support through the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA). However, I'm not going to turn you away if you haven't got a specific learning difference! I can support you in developing a full range of study skills, regardless of the subject/s you are studying. I particularly enjoy supporting students in enhancing their critical thinking skills and their ability to write reflectively.
