Personal Information:
I hold a B.Sc.and M.Sc in the Behvioural Sciences, which is a joint degree in Psychology and Sociology, which provides me with the knowledge and expertise in both these subjects to a high level of study. I also hold the PGCE Teaching qualification, which qualifies me to teach students, both within the classroom and in private tuition. I have taught Psychology and Sociology to GCSE, A level, and on BTEC Social Care and on Public Services courses. Additionally, I have taught on Access to HE and to degree level and have used explanations and discussions in my tuition approach. I have had many years of experience in teaching learners individually and as a group, both in the classroom and in private tuition whether face to face and online by nusing zoom, skyoe. google classroom and microsoft teams.

My teaching experiences have enabled me to relate Psychology and Sociology to students experiences which has helped them achieve to their full potential at their varying levels of study. I have been an examiner in both subjects at AS and A Level, which has provided me with the assessment criteria which is required for learners to achieve high grades in their examinations.

From teaching students at their varying levels of study, I have a full knowledge of the assessments that are required for their differing levels of study and have no difficulty an adapting them accordingly.

I will teach students individually, where learners can benefit from 1 to 1 tuition and in groups where learners can benefit from sharing their ideas in the group situation. Students may find group private tuition as beneficial as a result and I will teach up to 10 students
