On this section of the form you can fill in the information as you wish it to appear on the website.
If you don't want certain details to be publicly available leave that box blank. For example if you work in a school and you would prefer it if your student's did not know your firstname then leave that section blank. Simlarly if you only want prospective clients to contact you by phone and not by email, then leave the email box blank.
You can also select the background colour of your advert.
To get a feel of how your advert will look see the example of your advert change as you update your details in real time.
Please note although the links to your email in the example advert are styled to look like links they can't be clicked for security reasons. However when your advert is published users will be able to click on links to your email or website.
If you make a mistake don't worry simply delete the relevant form box and enter the information again.

We recommend that you do not use your main e-mail address in your online private tutor advertisement as it may become a target for unsolicited e-mail (spam). Instead sign up for a free e-mail account through a provider such as Hotmail or Lycos, but remember to check your free e-mail account inbox regularly as it will be this account that prospective clients will try to contact you through.
We would ask that you avoid using all capitals in your advert text.
It is considered bad manners to capitalise all text on the internet
"AS IT GIVES THE IMPRESSION THAT YOU ARE SHOUTING"
Some prospective clients may be put off and you may receive less enquiries.
Having said that not capitalising the first letter of names and place names and incorrect use of punctuation also
gives a bad impression, especially if you are advertising your services as an English tutor!
